Sand Filled

This product is normally 20mm-24mm and is installed and then top dressed with sand to provide a very hard wearing surface, it doesn’t quite have the specialist traits of the other surfaces but makes up for this with its versatility and durability.

This type of surface is popular for mulit-sport formats. It is called 2nd generation grass so has been superseded by newer products, but versatility of the product means it is still a popular choice for some applications.
